Each month at MBS, we host a virtual “Day of Fun” — complete with a theme and a shared activity. It’s intentional time to connect, strengthen relationships, and yes… have a little fun together.
This month, we dressed up and hosted our own “MBS Awards Night” bringing light-hearted superlatives and spotlight moments to every team member.

This quarter the MBS team had the opportunity to return to One Heart for Women & Children for another volunteer day — and it was just as meaningful as the first time.
One Heart provides critical resources and support to families experiencing homelessness and financial hardship in our community. Their work creates stability, dignity, and hope for women and children navigating incredibly difficult circumstances.
During this visit, we helped assemble “Bags of Love” filled with personal hygiene essentials, supported inventory efforts, and assisted with organizing their space to help operations run a little smoother. It was a hands-on reminder that small acts of service can create real impact.
We’re grateful to continue supporting an organization that does such important work year-round. Giving back isn’t a one-time effort for us — it’s part of who we are.

As we wrap up another successful year, MBS is incredibly thankful for the amazing team that makes everything we do possible. Our growth and success come from the hard work, dedication, and commitment each team member brings every day.
This past weekend, we celebrated together at our annual Christmas party with a wonderful dinner at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, followed by playing Legends of the Serpent Temple at the Underground Game Show. It was the perfect way to connect, unwind, and celebrate the holiday season as a team.
We’re proud of everything we’ve accomplished this year and look forward to what’s ahead. Here’s to continued teamwork, growth, and success in the year to come! 🎄✨
