Our Hiring Process

What to Expect When You Apply

We believe in a transparent, respectful hiring process:

1. Application Review: We carefully review every application. If your background aligns with our needs, we’ll reach out within 1-2 weeks.

 

2. Initial Phone Screen: A 45-minute to an hour conversation to discuss your experience, interests, and what you’re looking for in your next role with our COO.

 

3. Second Phone Screen: A 45-minute to an hour conversation to discuss your experience, interests, and what you’re looking for in your next role with our CEO.

 

4. Team Interview: Meet with team members you’d be working with. This is your opportunity to ask questions and gain insight into our culture.

 

5. Skills Assessment: Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete a brief assessment or case study relevant to the position.

 

6. Final Interview: Meet with leadership to discuss the role, expectations, and how you’d contribute to MBS’s mission.

 

7. Offer & Onboarding: If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll extend an offer and begin a comprehensive onboarding process to set you up for success.
