MBS Referral Workflow

The workflow process involves nine phases

  • Referral received

  • MBS rep contacts referral (Potential Client) to introduce themselves and schedule our signature needs analysis.

  • MBS signature needs analysis is conducted between potential client and MBS

  • MBS will send out a recap email to potential client of the needs analysis

  • Once MBS receives all necessary paperwork from the potential client, they will start getting proposals.

  • Once MBS receives all proposals from prospective vendors, it will conduct a comparative analysis.

  • After conducting a comparative analysis, the MBS rep will contact the potential client to schedule a proposal meeting.

  • After the proposal meeting, it will be determined if the referral will become a client.

  • Once onboarded, the MBS rep will inform the referral partner of the referral's success.

90 days to Payout!

Our referral partners receive bonuses and commissions for each referral client who signs on with any service (Benefits only if the RP has a 215 License) and is onboard for at least 90 days.

Earning Potential

  • In exchange for PEO and HR consulting referrals, the referral partner shall be entitled to a flat fee for qualified referrals one to five based on the number of employees in the group. From referral six on, it will convert to a residual commission equal to 15% of total commissions received by MBS from the vendor that contracted with the referral client.
  • In exchange for payroll referrals, the referral partner shall be entitled to a fee equal to 25% of the commissions earned on the base fee by MBS for one year only. These will be paid quarterly.
  • In exchange for 401k referrals, the referral partner shall be entitled to a flat one-time fee equal to $200.
