The workflow process involves nine phases
Referral received
MBS rep contacts referral (Potential Client) to introduce themselves and schedule our signature needs analysis.
MBS signature needs analysis is conducted between potential client and MBS
MBS will send out a recap email to potential client of the needs analysis
Once MBS receives all necessary paperwork from the potential client, they will start getting proposals.
Once MBS receives all proposals from prospective vendors, it will conduct a comparative analysis.
After conducting a comparative analysis, the MBS rep will contact the potential client to schedule a proposal meeting.
After the proposal meeting, it will be determined if the referral will become a client.
Once onboarded, the MBS rep will inform the referral partner of the referral's success.
Our referral partners receive bonuses and commissions for each referral client who signs on with any service (Benefits only if the RP has a 215 License) and is onboard for at least 90 days.
