What is your role at Merritt Business Solutions?

My role at Merritt Business Solutions is Director of Business Consulting.

My role is centered on building relationships, staying curious, and taking the time to understand the unique challenges business owners face (including myself).

Every day, I have the opportunity to connect employers with client-focused solutions that help their organizations operate more effectively, stay compliant, and position themselves for sustainable growth.

What makes this work especially rewarding is collaborating with our trusted vendor partners. By working together, we’re able to deliver real-world expertise, create better outcomes for employers, and strengthen the small business ecosystem that is so vital to the communities where we live and work.

I believe the best solutions come from asking the right questions, listening carefully, and putting the client’s needs first. I’m excited to continue building partnerships and helping businesses navigate the complexities of HR, payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, and workforce strategy. 

What is your favorite thing about working here?

Two things: the culture and the team.  Team MBS works with a smile and it’s infectious.  Our team strives daily to uncover and communicate the ideal solution to each opportunity.  Working alongside so many great partners allows us all to make a difference within the communities we live and work in.  Did I mention it’s fun?
